I welcome you to The Garden Kitchen® located in an 1850’s period colonial house in historic Occoquan, and operating continuously since 1974. I am Executive Chef Frédéric Jobin, a French Canadian native from a little town in the province of Québec.

I have trained and worked as a Chef for a number of restaurants in the United States and abroad. My passion for food and a long-standing family tradition influenced me to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

From the bustle of 404 Mill Street you approach from a narrow stone and brick stairway that opens to a huge garden beautifully landscaped with flowers and
trees around a terrace and patios providing a perfect outdoor dining spot. It is
the best place to relax during your visit to the historic town of Occoquan.
